NOTE: This event has been planned assuming that there will be some level of Covid-19 regulation in force on 4th July 2021. If there are delays or changes in the easing of Covid-19 rules, this tournament may be subject to change at short notice.

All Targets will be Layered Foam on 4 leg stands,
Recurve will shoot on 122cm faces at 70m. Compounds will shoot on individual 80cm 6-zone faces at 50m. Four archers per target. 6 arrow ends in 4 minutes.
Barebow and Longbow enter as Recurves.
Equipment inspection: From 8am
Shooting commences at 9.45am.
Archery GB Dress regulations as shown in Rule 307 will apply.
As the tournament has been granted Record Status archers will be liable for drug testing, and competitors approached to give samples must comply. A
refusal to do so will be treated as a positive result. Entries from archers under 18 must be signed by a parent/guardian to signify their consent to their child being drug tested if approached.
Archery GB Cards
Archers must have their Archery GB membership cards available when registering.
In view of the provisions of the Archery GB, Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy, those who wish to take photographs/video recordings at this event are to register with the tournament organiser before shooting commences.
Food and hot drinks may be available but this will be determined nearer the time depending on restrictions. Please be prepared to bring your own food and drinks with you if necessary.
Cheltenham Archers disclaim any responsibility for lost or damaged equipment.
If any archer has any particular requirements based on disability, please inform the tournament organiser when the entry form is submitted.
Awards will be given for Men's Compound, Women's Compound, Men's Recurve and Women's Recurve.
£15.00 per person
Entries and full payment must be received by Sunday 20th June 2021
and published results: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bow Style, Age category, Club and Round.
Post event information will be sent to Archery GB in accordance with current Archery GB Shooting Administration Procedures. We will keep your data for 12 months from the date of the tournament as required by Archery GB.
A record of attendee’s contact details will be kept for Track and Trace purposes should anyone test positive for Covid-19 within 14 days after the event.
Please travel to the event alone or with other competitors from your household. Archers that require a scorer or supporter to pull arrows must bring someone from within their social bubble.
All entrants will be expected to maintain social distancing throughout the event.
Before attending the tournament please ask yourself the following questions:
• Do you have a high temperature?
• Do you have a new, continuous cough?
• Do you have a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste?
• Are you in a household or bubble with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days?
• Are you in a lockdown area?
If the answer to any of these is yes, then you must not attend the competition.
