Leave the devices at home and come and enjoy some outdoor fun! Make fire, craft a sword, create bows and arrows, build a den, climb a tree to survey your land! If your child is a fan of Minecraft and/or adventure based games, then this themed outdoor session is the one for them! We'll make, create and play!
This session is for unaccompanied children: it is a drop off session.
We will be cooking a hot lunch of pizza tortillas over the fire . Please bring a water bottle and snack if needed.
All session are led by 2 qualified and experienced forest school leaders from Chichester Forest Schools CIC. We operate with high ratios of staff to children. Activities are fully risk-assessed and insured. Leaders have outdoor paediatric first aid and level 2 food hygiene qualifications.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Meeting point is by the pond entrance at the East Broyle Road end of Brandy hole lane, Please park in the parking layby opposite.
What happens in bad weather
We have shelters we will put up in the woods if needed. In the event of severe weather, we have access to an indoor classroom and would move to our Lavant house site. If this needs to happen, you will be informed by email the evening before.

What should I Bring?
Children will need to be suitably warmly dressed for the outdoors and weather. Long sleeved tops and trousers that you don't mind getting dirty are recommended, welly boots and a waterproof coat is essential.
A light hot lunch of Pizza tortillas will be provided. Alternatively you may wish to bring a packed lunch, Please bring a water bottle/drink for your child.
