Refund policy

Refunds are available upon request for up to 30 days after your purchase of a ticket for an event. In some cases, a non-refundable deposit is held from the total amount purchased to secure an attendee's spot for the event. In such cases, the refund amount is the balance remaining less the deposit, as well as any applicable payment provider fees.
