Friday - 10.45am - 11.45am at Tintagel Social Hall, Bossiney Road, Tintagel, Cornwall
Perfect for beginners and beyond, gentle and uplifting - A slower paced yoga class if you are beginning your yoga journey, are a returner to yoga or if you want to improve your own practice. A beautifully balanced practice, pairing movement with breath, with a purposeful meditative pace enabling you to truly understand and feel each posture, helping build confidence, knowledge, strength and flexibility. If you’re looking for a more relaxing class, where you can de-stress and unwind with slow flowing movement and tuning into your body.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you are able to move freely in. Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket if you would like one for relaxation.
Yoga is practiced at your own risk, please email Claire prior to starting the class if you have any relevant health conditions that may impact on your participation in a yoga class.
