A gentle, slower paced yoga class if you are beginning your yoga journey, are a returner to yoga or if you want to improve your own practise, and is a perfect follow on class if you have completed my Foundations of Yoga course. This is a great way for you to discover and practice yoga before joining my online well-being club. A beautifully balanced practise, pairing movement with breath, with a purposeful meditative pace enabling you to truly understand and feel each posture, helping build confidence, knowledge, strength and flexibility. If you’re looking for a more relaxing class, where you can de-stress and unwind with slow flowing movement and tuning into your body, this is the class for you.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you are able to move freely in. Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket if you'd like one for relaxation.
Yoga is practised at your own risk, please email Claire prior to starting the class if you have any relevant health conditions that may impact on your participation in a yoga class.

Booking Terms and Conditions Classes run in blocks of 4 weeks, class numbers are capped, you can book mid-course space permitting. If you miss a week, credit does not roll over unfortunately. You will receive a recording of the class if you are unable to attend live.
