If you're yoga curious and want to find out more about me and my classes, come along to one of my taster classes on Thursday 8th September 2022 to experience yoga with me. My taster sessions include a welcome before moving into a 30 minute class which incorporates settling in, breathwork, postures and relaxation, and time afterwards for an informal chat with any questions you may have. All abilities welcome, if you have any questions before booking, please do contact me.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you are able to move freely in. Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket if you'd like one for relaxation.
Yoga is practised at your own risk, please email Claire prior to starting the class if you have any relevant health conditions that may impact on your participation in a yoga class.
