Do you need a cosy, relaxing night in before Christmas? Maybe you need a really good nights sleep, where you'll feel rested and able to switch off before the festivities begin. Join me from the comfort of your own home for my online winter solstice evening retreat. Where we can celebrate the year, how far we have come, and saviour the season and ourselves. You'll be ready for bed and able to gently float off to bed afterwards, with a feeling of peace and contentment.
If you’re looking to bring more balance, mentally, physically and spiritually to your wellbeing, my winter solstice workshop is for you. Allowing you to take time out of your life, to truly focus on you.
Snuggle down for 2 hours of self-care, with a 1 hour slow flow yoga class with some yin yoga interwoven, a guided mini facial and facial massage techniques, finishing with yoga nidra.
My yoga class will be a gentle slow flow, to uplift and calm, leaving you feeling rested, yet reinvigorated and centred. Bringing together your mind, body and soul, using physical movement, breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation.
My classes are fun, encouraging and inclusive and beginners are welcome. I truly believe that yoga is for everyone, and rest assured you will be given a very warm welcome at my class whatever your level of experience in yoga is.
I’ll bring my humour and down to earth nature, if you bring an open mind and heart – I’ll meet you where you’re at. My main aim to help you create space in your mind and body through yoga.
I look forward to welcoming you to my mini online retreat where we can work on our wellbeing and fully lean into our own needs for a blissful 2 hours.
Find a comfortable space where you won't be disturbed for the duration of our time together. Please have your own yoga mat, a blanket, a bed pillow to use throughout the yoga and to ensure you are comfortable for the meditation. Wear loose comfortable clothes, pyjamas are welcomed and encouraged!
Don't forget your yoga mat, blanket, bed pillow and wear loose, comfortable clothing for your slow flow yoga and to ensure you're comfortable for our meditation. Please have to hand a facial cleanser and any cleansers and toners you usually use, plus some massage oil suitable for your face.
