Provider Training ‘Meeting Curriculum needs’ and ‘Building great relationships with schools’ - Coventry

These two half-day training sessions to help providers to meet the challenges facing them in a changing education climate.

Meeting Curriculum Needs, 10am-1pm

This course will help you to keep up-to-date with the ever-changing school landscape, and ensure that the sessions you offer can meet the aims of the national curriculum. It will look at the opportunities for LOtC in the national curriculum, and give you time to consider how you can deliver curriculum-linked outcomes at your venue. It is an opportunity to network with others working in the sector and share ideas about how you can deliver great learning outside the classroom.

Building Great Relationships with Schools, 1.30-4.30pm

This course is aimed at helping providers to think about how you communicate with schools, and how you can improve your marketing and communications to better meet schools’ needs and increase the number and quality of visits you offer. You will think about what teachers want and what schools need, and look at developing a marketing plan which will better demonstrate what you offer.

The courses offer a fantastic opportunity to network and share ideas and best practice with providers from other sectors.

Both courses will be delivered on the same day at the same venue to allow you to attend both sessions.
