This is a one-off Halloween themed fitness class!
Fancy dress is optional but heavily encouraged!
We will be working out to easy-to-follow dance routines, in the dark, to club anthems from 90's to today with glow sticks & disco lights!
There will also be party games with lots of prizes up for grabs. Including prizes for competitions for the BEST COSTUME, BEST PUMPKIN CARVING and BEST DANCER!
Free parking is available on the multistory carpark. Please make sure you display your free 2hr ticket on your car before entering the building. Then after 7pm parking is free anyway so you are in no rush to "get back to the car" before having to pay.
Bring plenty of water and maybe a small towel.
• If it is your first time at a Clubbercise class, you will need to fill out a PARQ (Health Survey) before you participate. This can be done either on site (arrive 10 minutes before the class starts) or you can print a copy from the attachment below, complete it and hand it to me on arrival.
• Your place will only be saved once I have received a payment; on a first come first serve basis. No refunds.
• If it is your first class you are entitled to a free pair of disposable glow sticks or you can purchase the reusable flashing glowsticks for £5. (Payment for these can be in the form of cash or card (includes contactless payment).
• Bring your loyalty cards!
• There are toilet facilities.
