Our Baby Massage classes are designed for new Mums to learn some basic baby massage techniques which can be developed and practiced within the home environment.
The course runs for 4 weeks (due to the school summer break). Each week we will concentrate on a different area of your baby's body and also recap on what was learned the previous week in order to feel confident in a variety of massage strokes. This class is suitable for babies from 8 weeks (once they have had their GP hip check) to 26 weeks. Please allow at least 48 hours for immunisations to settle before attending massage.
Please bring your own vegetable oil, spare nappy, towel and a waterproof changing mat.
Please complete the attached Family Registration Form (if you are not registered with a Sure Start Children's Centre) and the Well Being Form before you attend the course. Many thanks.
