ConnectEd Partnership’s Secondary Curriculum Hubs are designed to support subject leaders and teachers. They provide a regular forum to network with other subject specialists in the city and to engage in curriculum development which is rooted in research and has practical application in secondary classrooms. The networks will be coordinated by Lisa Davies, Strategic Lead, Secondary and a team of subject Leaders/SLEs from within Partnership schools. The opportunity to liaise with National subject agendas and the latest research will be at the heart of each meeting and cross curricular links will be supported through a central focus each session.

The network is designed to be organic, subject specific and cohesive in nature, each session will provide:

  • A focus on teaching and learning in the secondary curriculum.
  • An academic research based curriculum development focus.

National and local agendas to steer discussion.

PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH SESSION WILL BE DIFFERENT TO THE LAST, AND WILL BUILD ON THE NEEDS AND REQUESTS OF THE GROUP
