Learn three basic serger techniques on a 4 thread serger and end up with a beautiful baby or lap-size quilt. Over the first 3 sessions you will learn to make a bow-tie block, to ruffle fabric, make puffing, and learn to crochet using your serger with specialty thread. During the fourth meeting you will learn how to assemble your quilt and put a binding on with your serger and fusible thread. Your finished quilt will measure between 39- and 45-inches square.

Class Fee: $30 per night or $100 for all 4

Items needed for class must be purchased from The Cotton Blossom (fabric, patterns, rulers, books, specialty thread, etc). If you have basic sewing supplies and they are not listed below, please bring those (pins, scissors, seam ripper, needles, thread, etc.).
