Details

This is a one day (8 hour) first aid course and is a suitable certificate for BC Coaches up to BCU/UKCC Level 2 or Sheltered Water Coach, as well as RYA Instructors.
The course covers simple first aid situations, drowning and CPR/EAV, use of AED's and scenarios.

The cost includes the manual and certificate as well as tea and coffee.
The cost does not include lunch. There are limited options close by to buy food so you will want to bring lunch with you (there is a microwave and kettle available).

Instructions

The course is classroom based and you will be indoors for most of the day although the scenarios may be outside, depending on the weather. Please dress comfortably and be prepared for some physical involvement during the sessions.

There is carparking and cycle storage at Leaside, as well as good bus links and Clapton train station is a short walk from the centre.
