We walk from the centre of Henley past the former Brakespear brewery and the almshouse by St Mary's Church to Henley Bridge where we join the Thames Path. Along the Thames Path we admire the grand houses and other places on the banks of the Thames until we reach Hambleden lock (3 miles). From the lock, we go inland to Aston and over the hill behind Remenham, where we get a great view of the Chilterns and Thames Valley. The walk ends when we get back to Henley Bridge, completing a circular walk of 6 miles.
