Refund policy

I know the mere thought of cancelling a class and missing out on all the fun is a downer. However, we should get the nuts and bolts of it out of the way so there are no surprises if something comes up after you book a class.

If Jennifer Kelly or a Guest Instructor Cancels a class for any reason including bad weather:

Students will have the option of a full refund or moving to the new course date.

If you cannot attend a class that you have already registered for:

And it is more than three weeks before the date of the class-

money refunded less 4% of the price before tax. (The % fee is because PayPal and Square have service charges for reversing a sale and returning money) OR you can ask to have your full payment held for a future class for up to one year.

And if it is less than three weeks before the date of the class-

“IF” another student books your spot you will receive money refunded less 4% of the price before tax OR you can ask to have your payment held for a future class for up to one year for the full amount. “IF” no other student books your spot in the class you will receive a 50% credit toward another class.
