I’m now teaching at 2 leisure centres in Staffordshire. You DO NOT need to be a member to attend these sessions. Pay as you go price £5.70 per class.

💚Clubbercise® is a fun full body workout with a banging soundtrack that gets great results.
💚One session burns around 600 calories.
💚The routines combine dance, toning and combat moves with options to suit all fitness levels.
💚Classes are held in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark glow sticks.
