One of the highlights of the Explorer Scouting calendar - our annual summer camp.
This year we're returning to Wootton, near Canterbury in Kent, from Saturday 24th to Saturday 31st July. We'll be camping with the Beavers and Cubs.
The focus of the camp is back to basics: the Explorers camp in tents for the week, cooking for themselves over open fires. There's a packed programme of training, activities, games and competitions throughout the week, as well as a day or two off site to the beach or local town and the chance to relax around the camp fire in the evenings.
The cost of the week will be £165 which covers everything.
A deposit of £65 is required by Friday 28th May, with the balance by Friday 9th July, or you can pay the full amount now with nothing more to pay.
The deposit is non-refundable, unless we are forced to cancel the camp (eg a change in COVID restrictions), in which case we'll provide full refunds.
Final details and a kit list will follow nearer the time.
Please check your child's details are up to date in the Parent Portal before we go to camp, especially your contact details and any medical / dietary information.
