On this course you will complete two half day training sessions with an experienced and qualified Stand Up Paddle boarding Coach which will then lead onto a day-trip.
During the course you will learn paddling skills, rescue techniques, navigation plus planning and preparation for a day-trip on Stand Up Paddle boards. You will gain knowledge on appropriate equipment, and how to use it well.
The two training sessions will take place at Seaham Harbour Marina Activity Centre. All of your equipment is included in the cost.
The day trip location will be dependent on the weather conditions. You will discuss the logistics of this towards the end of your 2 training sessions.
Niveau: Improver
This course will take place over a number of Sunday afternoons with the last date in the course consisting of a day trip. The dates of this course are below:
Session 1: Sunday 13th September (12 30pm - 4pm)
Session 2: Sunday 27th September (12 30pm - 4pm)
Session 3: Sunday 11th October (Day trip 10am - 3 30pm)
