This class option is run online via Zoom.
A perfect opportunity to meet and talk to other expectant parents as well as learn about pregnancy and birth.
This option is run over 5 sessions.
Classes are small and personalised.
You do not need to bring anything with you, all course materials are provided.
Wear comfortable clothes.
A confirmation email will be sent with all materials and Zoom Code before the course begins.

The ticket price is per pregnant person. Partners are welcomed and encouraged. If you wish to bring additional birth partners please let me know so I can make provision for everyone.
