🚴Indoor Cycle (Spinning): Incredible class to boost your fitness & overall cardiovascular health and muscular endurance all whilst being gentle on the joints! You’ll leave on a high! All fitness levels are welcome. Beginners welcome. I am at the Studio early to help you get set up on the bike and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
🧘Pilates: Lengthen & strengthen. We focus on body awareness, postural alignment and activating the deeper core muscles. A must do class for posture, mobility and flexibility. Keeps those general aches and pains at bay. All fitness levels are welcome.
🤰Postnatal Pilates: Every Wednesday at Conifox Adventure Park. The perfect post pregnancy exercise.

How to book:
🎟️Block booking is available for most classes: This is best value way to attend a class & also make a great habit of attending a regular class.
🎟️Flexible Class pass for best flexibility: Come and go as you please! You can purchase a one off single class, but for best value, we offer a 5 class pass or 10 class pass which can be used against any class on the timetable. They don't need to be used against one class or in consecutive weeks. Therefore you have ultimate flexibility, perfect over the summer months.
🎟️Drop ins welcome.
