Join Hilary Watson for five sessions of Tai Chi.
Tai Chi combines relaxation and deep breathing with gentle and flowing movements and poses. Dating back to 13th Century China, it is now practised all over the world and is known to improve balance, reduce stress, improve posture and improve muscle strength.
