QUIET & CENTRAL LOCATION
As the trees let go of their leaves, we're reminded that release is part of the season.This mini-retreat invites you to follow that natural rhythm — to slow your pace, soften your breath and body, turn inward and let go of what you no longer need.
You'll be gently guided through accessible movement and mindfulness practices, with plenty of options and unhurried time. There’ll be space to settle your nervous system, stretch your body, calm your mind, and rest. We'll pause for tea and something sweet, and close with a guided relaxation to leave you feeling more light, at peace and connected to yourself.
This mini-retreat is suitable for adults of all ages, bodies and experience levels. You are welcome whether you have zero or lots of yoga experience.
My mini-retreats usually sell out, so I recommend booking in advance.

LOCATION: This event is held in the Quaker Meeting House on Summerhill South, T12 XW8R, Cork City centre. There is a bus stop right in front of it and free limited parking plus a bike stand inside the court yard.
ABILITY LEVEL: We will spend some time sitting & lying on the floor and also possibly on hands and knees. Please make sure you are comfortable with this before signing up.
