A nourishing two night retreat in the blissful Golden Grove Retreat in Carmarthenshire. Join Kristy and Christina for this beautiful retreat to celebrate the Autumn Season and the turning of the wheel. You will be guided on a journey inwards, taking the lead from nature and releasing all that no longer serves you. Spending time in ceremony and relaxation to connect deeply to our inner knowing. Yoga practice to nurture you and support you as you do the work of letting go.
Over the course of the three days, you will be guided through three stages of a journey towards the descent of winter. Allowing yourself to surrender to the wisdom held in the season. Nourishing your body and mind. Allowing the whispers of your inner wisdom to be heard, to prepare you for the becoming of the following Spring.
This is an all-inclusive retreat, inclusive of all meals, snacks and drinks, bedding and towels are also included. The weekend will be fully catered by the onsite chef Brynn, of Kingola’s Kitchen. You only need to bring yourself!
Sleeping arrangements include shared bedrooms with a bathroom allocated to each room. We have ten beds available across three rooms. If you’re joining us with a friend who you’d be happy to share a giant super king bed with, please let us know and we could offer this at a slightly reduced rate.
If you’re not familiar with Golden Grove Retreat, it is a bespoke retreat centre with all that you could hope to experience within a retreat space. We’ll have full use of a yoga studio, a ceremonial space, a fire ceremony space, a hot tub, woodfired sauna and plunge pool. Not to mention the setting, in the beautiful rustic Welsh countryside, with beautiful walks on the doorstep.
We’re already in the thick of the creative process of curating your retreat experience. We might be biased, but it’s going to be a beautiful gentle, nurturing experience as we prepare our bodies to cross the threshold of Samhain into the descent of Winter. We cannot wait for you to join us!

The total cost of the retreat is £466 FOR THIS WEEKEND ONLY (26-28th September).
Original price of £555 will be applicable from the 29th September.
Payment plans are an option to spread the cost across the coming months - which information about that will arrive to you in an email after the initial booking.
Cancellation policy: Should you need to cancel, we are able to offer a refund as long as we are able to re advertise and book your space. Please give as much notice as possible to allow for this. If you wish to cancel within 4 weeks of the date of the retreat, a refund won’t be possible.
