Welcome to RiKaSysTemZ® Maddy, Your instructor is Maddy, an amazing instructor who will help you achieve your goals and just as importantly, enjoy doing it. Please book your spaces online.

NOTE: It's easy to book your classes, you can either select just one for that week, for 2 or 3 weeks or up to 1 month in advance. You're in control, it's entirely up to you! So you will only pay for the classes you attend and want to attend. You have the option to cancel or transfer to another class, please see refund policy for cancellation criteria. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact us.

In order to qualify for a refund you have to cancel your space at least 24 hours before you're due to attend the class you are booked onto. This gives us time to fill your cancelled space.

If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before you won't be entitled to a refund.

However, you can transfer your space if you forget to cancel or miss the deadline. You can do this up to 3 hours before the class, no less. You can change to the same type of class or a different class up to 1 week ahead. You only have one option to transfer per booking.

There may be a small processing fee for issuing a refund. Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account.
