Advance booking only for this course, no walk-ins.
Can be booked as a course (most cost effective) or a single class (space permittig)
Due to the nature of this course there are no refunds or transfers. If you are unable to attend you can ask for a recorded video class to do at home.
Please bring a mat to this class along with a small towel and if possible a stretchy resistance band. (If you dont have a band, please dont buy one until you have been to your first class where I can show you the correct type to buy.)
Access to the carpark is via the church grounds on Taunton Road.
