New Year Ceremony with Sarah

Come and celebrate the new year and use the transformational energy of the fire to send your prayers from your heart into life.

In Tantrik Yoga fire puja 'ritual' is an opportunity to honour the divine, represented by the life giving power of the fire or the God "Agni".

Fire ceremonies have been embraced in many wisdom traditions and carried out at auspicious times, such as New Year, for manifestation, healing & celebration.

We will embrace Breath, Kriya, Mantra, Meditation, Song & Sweat our prayers through a flowing dynamic asana practice and free movement.

Weather permitting, we will finish the morning by sending our prayers into a real fire!

Jesus said: "whenever two or more of you are gathered in my name, your prayers will be answered". Let's support one another to stand strong in the 'center of our own circle' & create abundance & beauty!
