This class is designed to strengthen different targeted muscle groups. You will tone your muscles, while building balance and flexibility.
Level: Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in freely. Ballet shoes or socks are recommended. You may use a yoga mat for floor work, but it is not necessary. You may use the back of a chair, to aid with balance.
