Teaching this class is Abbie:
Abbie is a dance and Yoga teacher based in London. After graduating from The Hammond and The Dancers Course with BalletBoyz, Abbie went on to become an Animateur with Rambert. Whilst with Rambert Abbie has taught a variety of students, from primary and secondary schools to care homes and early years. As well as working with Rambert, Abbie has been mentored by Danielle Teale and has since become a Dance Artist on English National Ballets Dance for Parkinson’s programme and assisted on a Dance for Dementia programme with the Royal Opera House and Arts for Dementia. In conjunction with teaching dance, Abbie is a Yoga Alliance certified Ashtanga/Vinyasa yoga teacher teaching Online and around South West London and is currently studying to gain her pre and post natal qualification.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before class.
