Realistic Expectations in Infant Sleep workshop will highlight the biological needs of the infant as it relates to support from a caregiver both practically and emotionally. Discussion of typical infant sleep and how feeding, sleeping and bonding all go together like pieces to a puzzle. Feeding and sleeping go hand in hand and are both a physical and emotional need which should be supported by a caregiver at all times. Helpful tips on how to best manage the demands of an infant's needs and ‘normal’ infant sleep while providing the primary caregiver space for self care.
