Full Body Strength and Tone

This class is a one hour class on Tuesday & Thursday 19:30-20:30, and 45 minutes on Friday & Saturday 9:30-10:15.

The class format is an aerobic warm up, followed by standing full body weight exercises, a mat section, and a stretch.
