Secondary Senior leaders standardisation and moderation meeting

ConnectEd & Wolverhampton LA are working in collaboration to provide an opportunity for senior leaders to attend a meeting to discuss this year’s centre assessed grading, and to support the process of standardisation and moderation for GCSEs, A Level and Vocational qualifications.
At this initial meeting we will be focusing upon the expectations and the process of standardising against materials available for subjects, as well as those which will hopefully be released by exam boards to support.
Standardisation and Moderation activities will be planned in consultation with colleagues to ensure that an opportunity to engage with other schools across subjects and enable senior and subject leaders to support the process this summer. Standardisation will take place after Easter and Moderation of judgements in late May/Early June.
