Schedule:
3 day - Begins Friday May 29, 4pm and ends Monday June 1 at noon.
5 day - Begins Friday May 29, 4pm and ends Wednesday June 3 at noon.
This is a traditional style sesshin that includes several periods of zazen each day, oryoki style meals, and dokusan.
Practice events at Great Tree are by donation. If you are unable to pay the full suggested fee please contact info@greattreetemple.org to make payment arrangements.
Upon completing your registration you may choose to remit your dana upon arrival.
Great Tree’s ability to continue to offer these programs and keep them available for everyone depends upon the generosity of our community.
In-person: please arrive by 4pm to check in.
On-line attendance: please log-in at 7:40pm. The Zoom link will be sent to you, but if you are missing the Zoom link please email info@greattreetemple.org.

From Interstate 25, take Exit 19A - Hwy 25 to Marshall/Hot Springs. Go through 3 traffic light, about about 3 miles. Turn left on Lower Flat Creek Rd. You will pass Blue Ridge Daylily farm on the left. Look for Great Tree driveway sign on the left. Driveway forks at the top. Take the fork on the right to 679. There is limited parking at the top. You will be asked to drop off your luggage, and park below for the duration of the event.
