Pole fitness classes are a great way to build fitness, strength and body confidence. Suitable for any fitness level.
The class environment is super friendly and everyone is so supportive of one another.

Priority bookings for monthly memberships open two weeks before the end of the month for the month ahead. Pay as you go and new member bookings are available from the first of the month each month. Spaces are not guaranteed each week for PAYG.
