Emphasising flow, breath and attunement to surroundings, these live online classes are an opportunity to enjoy moving in your own space with guidance and in the company of others. Develop confidence and articulacy in your dancing, through explorative, responsive and organically devised movement. In this accommodating class, Laura Doehler will lead participants to discover and create as they move, supporting personal expression and ownership.
This is a live class, with a teacher present throughout. Streamed from Siobhan Davies Studios, experienced teacher Laura Doehler will guide participants through explorative movement, designed to be adaptable to the space you have available. In addition, pre-recorded audio guides will help you step away from the screen and provide moments to move at your own pace, assisted by the teacher.
For both beginner and intermediate levels to support confident and articulate dancing.
