Bring the baby, do some yoga for the mums and some moves for the baby (if they're awake!). Design to help post natal body feel good and improve core strength and help with back and shoulder tightness... and of course relax and release.
Cost is £33 for the 6 weeks and booking not confirmed until payment is made. The course will go only go ahead subject to demand. If you can't make a week i'm happy for you to fill the space with a friend or to come to a different adult yoga class in lieu (subject to space)
