We are pleased to say that Safeguarding training is up and running again and you can now book online. Our next training day is on Saturday 2nd July at St Thomas Baptist Church, Dorset Avenue, Exeter EX4 1LZ.

We are running Level 2 in the morning (9.30am-12.30pm) and Level 3 in the afternoon (1.30-4.30pm).
Level 2 is for the Minister, Trustees/Deacons/Leaders, Designated Person for Safeguarding and all those who work with children, young people and/or adults at risk.

Level 2 training is now fully booked but there are till tickets available for Level 3 in the afternoon.
Level 3 is for the Minister, Trustees/Deacons/Leaders & Designated Person for Safeguarding.

Level 3 £20 per person 1.30-4.45pm Tea and coffee available from 1.15pm

Under 18s Please note that both sessions contain content that is unsuitable for under-18s. If you wish a 16 or 17-year-old to attend, please obtain their parents’ consent as the trainer will need to be frank and plain-speaking in the content that is delivered. Babies/toddlers/young children will not be allowed into the session.

Booking is essential. To book please select the appropriate option below, complete the required booking information and submit it with payment as soon as possible and no later than two weeks before the date of the session you wish to book. Please note payment cannot be made on the day. Places are offered on a ‘first come first served’ basis. If you need to book less than two weeks ahead, please email: kathy@swbaptists.org.uk to see if there are any places left.
