Develop the skills, knowledge and confidence that you need to lead a high-performing team in a school and to improve classroom practice

Thomas Estley Learning Alliance (TELA) are one of only 40 nationally accredited providers of NPQs. The NPQML consists of 3 face to face days and 3 twilight sessions. You’ll need to complete the essential modules and a final assessed school based task.

The NPQML final assessment is a task drawn from work on a school improvement priority, where you lead at team level for at least 2 terms. You’ll need to show that you can make successful and sustainable improvement in your school, and use the experience to reflect upon and improve your own leadership skills.
