Getting ready for a 'deep dive' into your subject.

This course, led by Julia Coop, will support middle leaders and curriculum leaders to understand the requirements of their role in light of the OFSTED changes which place greater emphasis on Subject Leaders. In this full day's course you will learn about the deep dive methodology, the expectations of subject/SEND leadership across an institution and get involved in some modelled deep dive conversations with colleagues. This workshop will explore ways in which middle leaders can analyse and evaluate their subject area and will provide opportunities to discuss and reflect with experienced subject leaders.
