About my yoga...

Yoga strengthens and balances your body and your mind. Hatha Yoga focuses mainly on the body and in these Yoga classes we work with the breath, postures and relaxation.

You will be guided through each set of postures and given the option to hold or take postures further depending on your ability and experience - and how you feel on the day!

Relaxation and meditation classes follow a similar path with less focus on the postures.

If you are a beginner or new to my classes I will speak with you first to ensure you are comfortable and safe (for the physical postures) before you start.
