Director's Forum Procurement
Welcome to Sellafield’s second Director’s Forum which promises to be a vibrant, engaging and informative event.
You will hear what the last six months has held, how we have performed against the strategy, and what the vision is for the future. We will explain our restructure to value streams and what this means to you and your business. The value streams will be exhibiting giving you the opportunity to meet the demanders in each of those areas. You will also have a chance to meet with the innovation team to discuss your innovation ideas.
In the auditorium you will get an insight into Sellafield Ltd’s procurement plan and the opportunities it holds.
Later in the day our Shared Services colleagues will give you an introduction to the new NDA estate wide selection questionnaire. In this session you will learn:
• How to complete the new selection questionnaire
• How the evaluation process works
• How to prepare for future procurements in advance
All auditorium sessions will need to be pre-booked. Only one person per company may attend a session.
In addition we will also be holding a rolling CTM training session to help you maximise your CTM experience.
Due to the anticipated interest in this exciting event we will be restricting registration to two Directors from each organisation.
