Details
The Discover Award allows you to develop your decision making and practical skills for a fun and safe time on the water, as you become a more skilled and independent paddler. Through this award you will learn how to choose and effectively use equipment, whilst developing an understanding of the factors which affect your paddling.
Level: Suitable for complete beginners, Confident in and around water
Age range: Over 12 years
Instructions
The course is around 6 hours in total with a meet time of 09:30.
We will provide all the necessary equipment but if you have your own and would prefer to use this, please bring it along.
This course does involve a journey so come prepared with a packed lunch and a drink.
