A Dance Fitness Class like no other!

Combining lots of fun dance fitness routines from Salsa to Street, with some weighted (if you like) toning routines and ending with yoga inspired stretches & Mindfulness Relaxation. Suitable for all Fitness Levels & Dance abilities

A Fun Dance Fitness class designed to

  • Improve Fitness
  • Increase endorphins & leave you feeling full of joy
  • Improve strength, Saminia & Flexibility
  • Bring about feelings of Relaxation & wellbeing
  • A chance to have fun and take time just for you

Classes are £5 or 5 Classes for £20 and Advance booking is required

Equipment Required

  • Trainers
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Light Weights (no more than 2kg) PLEASE NOTE: You do not have to use weights for the toning routines and we will have some available to use from 0.5KG to 2KG (Please make sure you select ticket with weights)
  • Yoga Mat. PLEASE NOTE: We will have some available to use in class. First come first served
