Emergency First Aid

Basic one-day course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home.

Standard First Aid
Comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary
resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work
requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies
at home. Unless otherwise specified the 2nd day follows directly after the first day.

Both courses meet legislation requirements for provincial/territorial
worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and
CPR guidelines.

The course is on the 7th floor, room 702.
Due to COVID-19 we ask that all participants bring a mask and your own pen or pencil.
Those that do not bring these items may be asked to leave the class and will be considered the same as a no show

There are 2 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch in this time. You can bring lunch and snacks with you to the class.

Instructions

Course is on the 7th floor, room 702.
Due to COVID-19 we ask that all participants bring a mask, gloves and hand sanitizer. Please also bring your own pen or pencil.
