FOOD | Apply to bring your food truck or have a food stall

We welcome food trucks and stalls from local businesses.

To ensure diverse offerings on the day, this booking is only an application until you receive notification that your food truck or stall has been accepted.

• The application period closes Wednesday 3 May 11:59 pm
• Applicants will be notified by Wednesday 10 May if their application is accepted or declined.
• Promotion and/or sales of alcohol, vaping or aerosol products is not permitted.
• If accepted, you will receive an invoice from the Gala committee.
  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and can made online via credit card, via bank transfer, or cash by arrangement
  • Payment must be received within 7 days of receiving your invoice or your space will be released and offered to another applicant.
• The Gala will provide tents for all stallholders. Please advise us in the comments section if you DO NOT require a tent.
• Each stallholder is responsible for furnishing their space. We do not provide tables and chairs.
• There is no electricity available.
