Do you dream of sipping a cool, crisp, bubbly, and refreshing homemade hard cider with your friends and loved ones? Take this class and learn the art and science of making fermented apple juice at home. Topics covered include: choosing apples, pressing apples, sanitation, different ways to ferment apple juice, monitoring fermentation, bottling, and tasting cider. Participants will leave class with a small batch of cider to ferment at home.
