Instructor: Cody Mastel

Explore the biology, history, and techniques of working with fungi as food, medicine, and for building soil health. We will cover many types of cultivation methods: bags, logs, beds & several types of mushrooms like Shiitake, Oyster, Wine Cap, Lions Mane, Reishi, Blewits, and more. Participants will create their own Oyster Mushroom Kit to take home!
