Fermented beverages are a part of every traditional diet, both for health benefits and as a way to preserve food. In this class, we will learn how to make (non-alcoholic) fermented beverages like kombucha, kvass, kefir, shrub, jun, ginger ale, herbal vinegar and more. This class is great for all skill levels who want to learn more about fermenting!
