After your walk, head over to the Arts Junction for a well-deserved mid-morning tea, complete with home-made nutritious hiking bar and a cup of cacoa. You’ll also have the opportunity to talk in-depth with Ginny around nutrition for tramping and preparing your body before, during and after the hike, to aid recovery and maximise your energy.
