Expecting mothers are guided through an elegant flow of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing practices) that help alleviate common discomforts experienced during pregnancy. These practices also prepare the mind and body for birth. When the time comes to birth your baby, you’ll find that you’re drawn to use many of the movements, positions, and breathing techniques during your labour. Mats and props provided by the studio. Suitable from 13 weeks to baby's birth.
