For cancellations four weeks or more before your training date, we will refund the full fee.
For cancellations less than four weeks but more than two weeks before your training date, we will refund half the fee.
For cancellations less than fourteen days before your training date, the full fee will be due
If the training session is cancelled for any reason by Elleteq a full refund will be given.
